For those of you whom know me, you know that I have been going through a lot of serious life changes. I thank all of my friends/students/associates for supporting me in all that I do and cheering me on though times i have been ready to give up. I am currently in Harrisburg for work. I moved to Harrisburg back in March (or at least I attempted to) and it had been about a 3 month challenge to effectively moving here. Now that i am settled or at least living here officially I now need like a bellydance home. I have met at least one of the teachers out here and she is wonderful and a very nice lady. But there are like no actual classes that are ongoing and for advanced dancers. The community out here is definately more friendly and seemingly less competitive than Philadelphia, but it's not quite as exciting at the same time. Anyways, I say all of that to say, if there are any bellydancers who are out in this area please contact me, I need more bellydance activity out here. And I'll put in a shameless plug since it is my Blog... Im the owner i can do that......If anyone wants a dancer for their party/wedding/next social event, feel free to contact me... bellydance lessons are a great way to bond with your friends and family.

Anyways, I hope everyone is well and I will make some attempts at actually posting more often on here, even if no one reads it =-(.

Sahra Saeeda

Sahra Saeeda is comming to Philly Aug 3-6. She is a beautiful dancer who has danced all over the world including Egypt. She is being brought into town by the lovely Najia(one of the sweetest people ever). Anyway i am trying to decide whether or not i will attend one of her workshops, and i need to make this decision very soon. She is teaching several workshops including basic movements and using the Circular veil. However, me being the type who always like to do things BIG, I have my eyes set on the Master Choreography class which is the most expensive workshop available at a whopping 150 dollars. Here is my dilemma. Who has a spare 150 lying around? Wait a minute, i just made 210 yesterday at a Bridal shower that i danced at. However, I don't want to just take the money I made in 2 hours and spend it in 2 minutes on a paypal purchase for this workshop. HMMMM what is a girl to do. Well if anyone is reading this blog, let me know. Should i take the Workshop and stop being a cheapskape or should i be frugile and let the money I have actually see my bank account before spending it.
